THE REINVENTION ROOM
You can run a household, a career, and everybody else's emergencies — and still go blank when someone asks what you want.
It's not that you can't decide. It's that nobody's asked you in years. Including you.
The Reinvention Room is a group coaching membership for women choosing who they become next. Open now through December 2026.

THE PREMISE
You're the one who handles it. The kids' schedules. The parents' doctor appointments. The work thing nobody else wanted to touch. The friend who calls at 9pm because you always pick up.
People tell you they don't know how you do it all.
Here's what they don't see. Last month you asked four people what they thought before one decision felt safe to make. When you said no to something small, you had the apology drafted before the word was out of your mouth. And at 2am, the voice in your head can recite every mistake you've made since 2009 — but goes quiet when you try to remember a win.
They don't see 3am either — awake for no reason you can name, running on a tired that vacations don't touch. That's what years of staying ready for everyone else's next emergency does to a body.
Then someone asks you a simple question. What do you want?
And you've got nothing.
You are not here because something is broken. You are here because something is ready. There's a version of you who answers that question without flinching — and some part of you already knows it.
THE REINVENTION MAP™
Nobody hands you a map for this chapter.
There's a plan for everything else in your life. School had a syllabus. Work has a review cycle. Even the kids' soccer season comes with a schedule.
Then the chapter arrives where the question is who am I now? — and you're expected to figure that out alone, in the margins, after everyone else is taken care of.
I know this chapter from the inside. Mine started when my marriage ended — and got real when I realized I'd stopped trusting my own judgment years before that.
Nobody handed me a map. So I made one. It's called the Reinvention Map™, and it has three phases:
Phase 1 — Quiet the Critic. We name the voice that lists your failures first. You learn where it came from, what it's trying to do, and how to answer it. The 2am recital loses its grip.
Phase 2 — Trust Yourself Again. Your decisions stop needing a committee. You say no without drafting the apology — and the first time you hold that no and nothing bad happens, you'll feel your shoulders come down. Boundaries start to feel like self-respect, because that's what they are.
Phase 3 — Choose What's Next. Reinvention becomes a decision you make on purpose. You stop waiting to see what happens to you and start deciding who you become.
Every teaching inside the Room follows this map, in order. You always know where you are on it — and what comes next.
HOW THE REINVENTION ROOM WORKS
2× — Live Map Teachings Twice a month we meet live. Each session opens with a teaching from the Reinvention Map — the exact work of the phase you're standing in. This is the material you can't get anywhere else, because the Map lives here.
Live Group Coaching After the teaching, real coaching. Bring the decision you keep circling, the boundary you're scared to hold, the conversation you've rehearsed forty times. And here's what surprises every woman who joins: watching someone else get coached on the thing you couldn't put words to does something a book never will. Her breakthrough becomes your proof.
Coaching In Your Specifics This is a small room on purpose. There are no separate private sessions — the coaching happens inside our live calls — and you will never be a face in a crowd. I know your name and where you are on the map, and I coach you on the decision sitting on your desk. Session after session, you are known and tracked.
Access The Full Archive Every session is recorded and delivered to your private podcast feed. Miss a call, catch it on a walk. And if you join this month, you don't start from zero — you start with three months of the room already in your ears. The women who joined in April had to wait for that material. You get it on day one.
The Room Itself Months inside an environment of women in the same chapter, asking the same question. As Caroline put it: "your happily married girlfriends can only sympathize with you so much." In here, nobody needs the backstory explained.
This is not a course with modules to finish. It's an environment. You can't fall behind in an environment — you can only arrive.
PROOF - WOMEN ON THE MAP
They started where you are.
Phase 1, in Cindi's words (California) "The biggest breakthrough for me is starting to love myself and quiet the self-hate talk, and removing the large stick that I constantly used to beat myself up with."
Phase 2, in Kristal's words (Florida) "I'm learning to trust my own judgment again… I am more confident in relationships and am holding to my boundaries much more consistently."
Phase 3, in Maria's words (Utah) "I often felt like I was living someone else's life, constantly suppressing my own needs. I've learned to honor my voice… This has allowed me to reclaim my sense of self and live more authentically."
YOUR INVESTMENT
$997. One payment. You're in through December 2026.
Some context, because I want you to see this clearly: women walk this same map with me privately, one-on-one, inside a five-figure Partnership. The Room walks it together — same map, same coach — for under a thousand dollars.
This is the founding rate, and it ends with this cohort in December. When the Room opens again in January 2027, the price goes up. That's a promise I've already made publicly, and I keep those.
And if part of you is already arguing that this money should go to somebody else — Mindy said it better than I ever could:
"I kept trying to talk myself out of spending that kind of money on myself… I have always spent money on my kids and my husband, but never me. But I did it. And I have never regretted doing it even for a minute." — Mindy, Kansas
YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING...
"It's July. Haven't I missed half of it?" You'd be right if this were a course with modules to finish. It isn't. It's an environment — and every session since April is recorded and waiting in your private feed the day you join. You arrive with a head start the April members never got.
"Should I just wait for January?" You can. Two things will be true in January: the price will be higher, and the critic will have had six more months of running unopposed. If this is your room, walking in now costs less — in both ways.
"I'm not really a group person." Most women in here said the same thing. The Room is deliberately small — I know every woman's name and where she is on the map, and you get coached on your specifics. The group is where you borrow proof: you watch a woman like you work through the exact thing you couldn't name, and "will this work for me?" quietly stops being a question.
FINAL WORDS
You've answered everyone else's 9pm call for years. This is the room that picks up when you call.
You don't join The Reinvention Room because you need to be fixed. You join because you're ready to answer the question — what do you want? — and you'd rather not figure it out alone.
If something in you lights up as you read this — that's not an accident.
The room is open through December. Come choose what's next.

Hi, I'm Katie Lee.
I coach women through the chapter nobody hands you a map for — the one where you stop polling everyone else and start answering for yourself.
I made the Reinvention Map because I needed it and it didn't exist. I've walked all three phases myself, which is how I know where the hard parts are.
The Reinvention Room is where I walk that map with a small group of women, live, twice a month. It's my favorite room to be in. I'd love to see you there.
