The Follow Through Formula · Founding Cohort · Oct 14 – Nov 18

You finish everything you promise other people.

It's the thing you promised yourself that's still sitting there.

Three minutes on why you keep starting over — and what we do about it.

What you told me

I asked the women on my list one question this month.

What's your biggest struggle right now?

Almost nobody wrote a sentence. Two or three words, and then they stopped.

"Decluttering."

"Weight loss journey."

"Starting my business."

"My book!"

"Fear, procrastination."

Other women went bigger, because their one thing feels like all of it.

"My life."

"Everything."

"I can't pick one."

"Idk."

Still other women couldn't name one thing at all.

If that's you, you're not broken. You're stuck in a thought loop of all-or-none thinking and perfectionism — carrying around many half-finished things and calling it a personality flaw.

Sound familiar?

You know exactly where yours is sitting.

It's a room in your house

The closet you started in March. The garage. The boxes from the move you swore would be unpacked by summer. You've walked past it so many times you've stopped seeing it — and it still costs you something every time you don't.

It's your body

You have started over more times than you can count. Monday. The first of the month. After the trip. You know more about nutrition than most people you know — that was never the missing piece, and knowing that makes it worse, not better.

It's the work that's actually yours

The business you've named but not launched. The career search you open at 11pm and close at 11:20. The book. The dissertation. The thing that would be yours — which is precisely why it's the one you'll let slide.

Here's the part that makes no sense.

You finished the degree. You raised them. You held the whole thing together the year everyone else fell apart. People tell you they don't know how you do it all, and they're not wrong to say it.

You finish constantly. You just finish for other people.

So the story that you're a woman who doesn't follow through is factually false. It doesn't survive one look at your actual life.

And yet the one thing that's only for you stalls out. Every time. And because you can't square that with everything else you've done, your brain reaches for the ugliest explanation available.

Something must be wrong with me.

There isn't. Let me show you what's actually happening.

The mechanism

It happens in seconds.

  • Something happens. You skip the workout. You miss a day on the manuscript. The closet stays closed. Neutral fact — nothing about it means anything yet.
  • A thought arrives. See? I always do this.
  • The feeling lands. Heavy. Discouraged. Some private version of ashamed.
  • You act on the feeling. You go quiet. Never dramatically. You just stop, and you tell yourself you'll pick it up next week.
  • And the result proves the thought right. So next time it arrives faster, and sounds more like a fact.

Seconds. Start to finish. That's why it has never felt like a sequence to you. It feels like the truth about who you are.

Now look at the second step again. See? I always do this is not a fact. It's a sentence. You learned it somewhere, you've repeated it for years, and every restart has quietly handed it more evidence.

The fact was: you skipped a workout.

Everything after that was thought.

Why it always ends

There's a layer underneath the thought.

Almost everything you've tried worked on your actions. New system. New tracker. A cleaner routine and a better planner — I bought a lot of planners.

The better programs go one layer down and work on your thoughts. That's closer. That's where those seconds live.

But there's a layer underneath that one, and it's the reason the mindset work has never quite held for you either.

You have been running on a body that's been braced for years.

Awake at 3am for no reason you can name. Tired in a way that vacations don't touch. Shoulders somewhere near your ears since roughly 2019. That's what a decade of staying ready for everyone else's next emergency does, and it is not a character flaw — it's physiology.

Here's what that costs you. A braced body can't hold a new belief. You can understand the thought loop perfectly, nod along, even write it down — and still watch yourself quit on Thursday, because insight doesn't survive a nervous system that's running at capacity.

So we don't start with your mindset. We start with your body.

That's Module One, before anything else. And it's the reason this works when the last four things didn't.

The offer

The Follow Through Formula

Six modules. Six weeks. One live call with me every single week.

Follow-through isn't one skill. It's four things stacked in an order that matters — and doing them out of order is why every previous attempt came apart.

Calm the body. Clear the mind. Become her. Build the life.

Here's how the six weeks run.

The six modules

01
Week of Oct 14

Reset Your Body

A full nervous-system reset. We take the body out of brace position first, because nothing you learn in the weeks after will hold in a body that's still running at capacity. Most women feel this one within days — and it's the part nobody warned them they needed.

02
Week of Oct 21

Renew Your Mindset

The Self Coaching Model — circumstance, thought, feeling, action, result. Those seconds, in slow motion, with your example. This is where you stop being run by the sentence and start choosing it. Everything after this week uses it.

03
Week of Oct 28

Revamp Your Emotional Capacity

The bridge between knowing and doing. You already know what to do — that was never the gap. The gap is the discomfort between the urge and the thing you said you'd do, and holding that on purpose is the actual skill under every kept promise.

04
Week of Nov 4

Reclaim Your Identity

The hinge. Everything before this makes room; everything after this gets built. You've been trying to do the things a woman who follows through does, without ever becoming her. This is the week that flips — and the week most women say they felt the floor move.

05
Week of Nov 11

Reinvent Your Vision

Now — and only now — we map it. Not goals set by the woman you've been, but the life that follows from the woman you just became. Vision comes out of identity. Doing it the other way around is how you end up with a beautiful plan you resent by February.

06
Week of Nov 18

Rely on the Plan

My calendaring process. One hour on a Sunday, decisions made ahead of time instead of at 6pm on a Wednesday when you're depleted and negotiating with yourself. This is what makes the whole thing repeatable after I'm gone.

Guided Meditations

Not a seventh module you'll never open. These sit alongside the work, week by week, so the body-level shift from Module One keeps going while the rest of it lands.

By design

Every module is simple and designed so you will finish. On purpose.

You have bought the eight-week program with the forty-seven videos. It's in an inbox somewhere. You watched three.

And here's what that actually cost you — it wasn't the money. Not finishing it became one more piece of evidence for the sentence. See? I always do this.

So I built this course to be finished.

One module a week. Nothing padded, nothing to catch up on, no library staring at you — because finishing each module is itself the first kept promise.

You are not going to think your way into trusting yourself. You're going to do a small thing you said you'd do, notice that you did it, and do it again. Six times. That's what's actually happening in here while you think you're just learning a model.

Here's everything you get

Six modules, simple by designReleased one a week, so you're never staring down a library. Built to be finished — because finishing each one is itself the first kept promise.
Six live calls with KatieOne every week of the cohort. Teaching, then real coaching on what's actually in front of you — the boundary you're avoiding, the promise you broke on Tuesday, the specific place you stop.
Coaching in your specificsYou get coached. By me. On your thing — not a hypothetical woman's version of it.
The roomSix weeks with women in the same chapter. You'll be surprised how much of the work happens watching someone else get coached on the thing you couldn't put words to.
Guided meditations throughoutThe body-level support that keeps Module One working while the rest of it lands.
Lifetime accessEvery module, every meditation, every recorded call. Yours to keep and return to.

The founding cohort

What it means to go first.

This is the first time The Follow Through Formula has ever been taught, and this cohort is the group that gets it live, with me in the room.

In the future, this will be self-paced. Thousands of women will work through these six modules on their own time, and it will be good — because you helped make it that way. What you do in these six weeks sets the precedent for every woman who comes after you.

I may never teach it live again.

Founding members aren't getting a discount. They're getting the moment — the one round where the work is happening in real time, with a small group, and I'm right there while you do it.

That's a unique thing, and it's only available once. No countdown clock, no disappearing seats, no invented pressure. Just this cohort, this fall.

Proof

They started where you are.

"The biggest breakthrough for me is starting to love myself and quiet the self-hate talk, and removing the large stick that I constantly used to beat myself up with."

— Cindi, California

"Through her thought model, I've become aware of the limiting thoughts blocking my success — and I've practiced choosing new thoughts that actually serve me."

— Bri, California

"I'm learning to trust my own judgment again… I'm more deliberate and intentional about ensuring my choices and actions positively serve my life."

— Kristal, Florida

Some context so you can see it clearly: women do this work with me privately inside a five-figure partnership. The founding cohort walks the same arc, live, with me in the room, for under five hundred dollars — because you're going first.

And if part of you has already started arguing that this money should go to someone else, Mindy said it better than I could:

"I kept trying to talk myself out of spending that kind of money on myself… I have always spent money on my kids and my husband, but never me. But I did it. And I have never regretted doing it even for a minute."

— Mindy, Kansas

You might be wondering

Questions, answered plainly.

"I've tried things like this before."

You have. You've read the book, done the program, had the good week and watched it end the way it always ends. Stay skeptical — it's more useful to you right now than enthusiasm, and enthusiasm is what you brought to every restart. What's different is where we start. Everything you've tried began at your mindset or your calendar. We begin at your body, because a nervous system running at capacity will quietly undo any belief you install on top of it.

"I can't pick one thing. It's all of it."

Then you're exactly who Module One is built for. You don't have a focus problem — you have all-or-none thinking and a body that's been braced for years. We take the brace off first, and it is remarkable how much clearer "which one" becomes once that happens. You don't have to choose before you arrive.

"I won't finish it. I never do."

That's the most useful thing you could tell me, and it's why every module is built simple. One a week, nothing padded, nothing to catch up on. Finishing isn't a bonus here — it's the point. Each completed module is a kept promise, and kept promises are the only thing self-trust has ever been built from.

"Should I wait for the self-paced version?"

You can. It's coming, and thousands of women will do it that way. What you'd be trading away is going first — the live calls, the coaching on your actual situation, and a small room of women doing it at the same time as you. I may never teach it live again.

"How does payment work?"

The course is $497, and that's the number either way. Through September 30, a $97 non-refundable deposit holds your seat and applies to your total, with the remaining $400 due October 7. From October 1, enrollment is the full $497 in one payment. You keep lifetime access to the modules, the meditations and every recorded call. Enrollment closes October 13.

"Why deposit now instead of waiting?"

Two reasons, and neither one is pressure. The deposit is the smallest possible version of the exact thing this course teaches — a decision made ahead of time, so the woman standing there in October doesn't have to relitigate it while she's tired. And $97 now is easier on a month's budget than $497 later. That's it.

"What if I miss a week?"

You'll miss a week. Everyone does — it's the reason we build emotional capacity in Module Three instead of pretending life cooperates. Every call is recorded and everything is yours for life. There's no behind to fall.

"Is this a lot of time?"

One module and one call a week. That's it. The real question isn't whether you have six weeks — it's what the next six months cost you if this stays exactly where it is.

Nothing to buy today. Just get on the list.

Enrollment opens Thursday, August 27, live at the masterclass — and the women on this list hear the moment it does.

I'll send you a few things between now and then. Read them even if you never enroll. The work starts the moment you stop believing the problem is you.

Join the Waitlist

Bring the thing you stopped telling people about. That's the one we're going to use.

Six weeks from now.

It's November 18. The thing that has been sitting there since March isn't sitting there anymore. But the part that actually changes your life is quieter than that — you'd know, for the first time in a long time, that when you tell yourself you're going to do something, it happens.

That's what you're buying. Not a closet, not a manuscript, not a dress size. A woman whose word to herself holds.

If you're thinking you'll decide later, I understand. Later is where things go when you're the one everyone leans on and the day is already full.

But notice something with me. The decision to get to it later is very often the same decision you've been making about yourself for a while now.

That's not a judgment. It's just worth seeing. And ninety-seven dollars is a small way to make the decision now, on a day you're clear, instead of in October on a day you're tired.

$97 holds your seat through September 30.

Tell Me When It Opens

Your coach

Hi, I'm Katie Lee.

I have started over more times than I can count. New plan, new Monday, new me — for years. And every time it fell apart I decided the problem was that I hadn't tried hard enough, so I'd go find more discipline and a better planner. I bought a lot of planners.

Nothing changed until two things happened. I saw the loop that had been running me. And I stopped trying to think my way out of a body that had been braced for a decade.

I coach women through the chapter nobody hands you a map for. The Follow Through Formula is the piece that has to come first, because none of the rest of it holds without it.

This cohort goes first. I'd love it if you were in that room.
